This is a most common interview question that one will face in an interview.
So one must always be ready with your answer for this question.

How to answer this?
Read the job description and responsibilities.
Note down your skills in a paper.
Note down your previous work matching those skills.
Now combine the above three points to convince the interviewer.
Example 1:
Job Description: We are hiring for a Digital Marketing expert with social media management skills.
Your answer:
I have been handling a Instagram page since 6 months which has 20k followers. I'm passionate about writing captions that are quite interactive and attention grabber.
I know thumbnail making, meme creation etc.
As I'm very much keen about how social media works like the hash tags, meta tags, titles, thumbnails and description, I think I'm a right fit for this job. Given an opportunity to work with you I will use
all my skills and potential to fulfil my duties with optimal performance.
Optional: As I'm not involved in other job or course I can devote all my time for this job.
Example 2:
Job Description: We are hiring for a Content Writer for Education.
Your answer:
Right from my childhood I have been excelling at studies, I stood town first in my SSC,12th. I like solving puzzles and riddles.
I was rewarded by the district collector in 2017 for securing first prize in Essay writing competition. I eagerly participate in literary events like Essay writing, Elocution, Quiz competitions.
As I'm very much passionate about writing, I think I'm a right fit for this job. Given an opportunity to work with you I will use
all my skills and potential to fulfil my duties with optimal performance.

Example 3:
Job Description : We are hiring Telugu Translators.
Your answer:
I'm a native Telugu speaker and I really love reading and writing in Telugu. I keep writing articles in Telugu now and then. I have written many stories in Telugu. I can understand English very well
I can do background research on Vocabulary before translating and choose apt words to describe the situation.
