Raam group is conducting an placement drive for students of the batch 2017 - 2021 for this one month of Internship is mandatory for selected candidates. Post which we intend to give full time offers, based on performance.
Duration: 1 Month.
Eligibility Criteria: Degree / Mba / B.tech
Location: Hyderabad
Stipend for One Month during internship :
Work from Office : 5k (Hyderabad)
Salary Post internship (if selected) : 14.4 Lakhs CTC
Components of CTC :
Btech / MBA : 2.4 LPA Fixed + 0 - 12 LPA Variable pay + 2 lakhs Retention Bonus
Degree: 1.8 LPA Fixed + 0 - 12 LPA Variable pay + 2 lakhs Retention Bonus
Retention bonus is over a period of 3 years
- Year 1 - INR 10,000
- Year 2 - INR 20,000
- Year 3 - INR 1,70,000
